1.Personal data processing Manager: “LILUU KIDS”, (hereafter referred to as LILUU.LV), registration number 50203194681, registered address: Cepļu iela 4, Priežlejas, Garkalnes county, homepage address: www.liluu.lv.

2.Privacy Policy provides information on how LILUU.LV collects, processes, stores, shares, deletes and protects Customer’s personal data, thus ensuring that Customer’s personal data is processed lawfully, in good faith and in a transparent manner for the Customer. The current privacy policy version is published on the LILUU.LV website www.liluu.lv under the Privacy Policy.

3.Applicable law: Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (27 April 2016).

4.LILUU.LV is authorized to process the following personal data:

  1. providing contact information (name, surname, personal code, delivery address, declared place of residence, telephone number and email address) on our website or office;
  2. Communication data – e-mail, letter or telephone number – related to Customer’s communication with LILUU.LV;
  3. Customer IP address information from the client’s account at www.liluu.lv or using cookies;

5.Basis of Customer’s Personal Data Processing:

  1. Customers agreement – The Client, as the subject of personal data, gives his agreement to the collection and processing of personal data for certain purposes.
  2. Execution of Customer Orders and Processing of Transactions – In order for LILUU.LV to execute a client order, it must collect and process certain personal data collected during or before the order preparation.
  3. LV Legitimate Interests – LILUU.LV has the right to process Customer’s personal data to the extent that it is objectively necessary for performing the activities specified in Paragraphs 6e-6g.

6.LILUU.LV processes Customer’s personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Offer preparation;
  2. Sales transaction execution;
  3. Ensuring delivery;
  4. Informing customers about news and current offers;
  5. To deal with the Customer’s complaints regarding to the products sold or services provided;
  6. Business planning and analytics;
  7. Video surveillance for security purposes.

7.LILUU.LV acquires the Customer’s personal data when the Customer:

  1. Purchases products or services at LILUU.LV office or online store while identifying the Customer;
  2. Signs up for receiving news from LILUU.LV;
  3. Asks for a product or service offer or contacts LILUU.LV for a complaint or requesting information while identifying the Customer;
  4. Participates in contests, lotteries or surveys;
  5. Is filmed with LILUU.LV video surveillance equipment at LILUU.LV office.

8.Transfer of Customer’s Personal Data to Third Parties:

  1. For product delivery – name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, delivery address;
  2. LILUU.LV is required to provide information on personal data to law enforcement agencies, the court or other state and government institutions, if it results in irregular enactments or information requests of the relevant institution.
  3. LILUU.LV will issue Customer’s personal data only if necessary and only in sufficient amount in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments and objective circumstances of the particular situation.

9.Duration of personal data storage
LILUU.LV shall store personal data in accordance with the defined purposes of the processing of personal data and the requirements of regulatory enactments, while at least one of the following criteria exists:

  1. Provided that there is no other legal basis for processing the consent of the data subject to the processing of the relevant personal data;
  2. while LILUU.LV has a legal obligation to keep the data in accordance with regulatory enactments;
  3. while LILUU.LV may exercise its legal interests in accordance with the procedures specified in external regulatory enactments.

10.Data security and data correction

  1. All personal data of customers that have become known on the LILUU.LV homepage or during the office visit are considered confidential information. LILUU.LV takes all possible security measures (administrative, technical and physical) to protect the personal data of customers.
  2. The Customer has the right to reasonably request that his / her personal data are supplemented or corrected. As well as that the processing of personal data is stopped or the data are deleted if they are obsolete, incomplete or no longer meet the purpose for which the data were originally processed.
  3. The user of LILUU.LV online shop has the right to delete his profile by sending a request to e-mail: [email protected]. In this case, the request is accepted only if it is sent from the same email with which the user profile is registered.
  4. The Customer has the right to refuse to receive any news by unsubscribing from the newsletter by clicking on the email link or by sending information to the email: [email protected];
  5. LILUU.LV shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to personal data and / or loss of personal data if it is not dependent on LILUU.LV, for example due to Customer’s fault and / or negligence.
